Cancel any time

Memberships are billed monthly or yearly through Whop, and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel from your Whop account whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Before a yearly plan renews, we send you a reminder.

Refunds

Access to the indicators, guides and members' channels starts as soon as you join, so after the 14-day period below we don't refund the unused part of a month or a year. If we couldn't give you what you paid for, for example your TradingView access wasn't granted within 48 hours of joining and we couldn't fix it, we'll refund that payment in full. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you're a UK consumer, you normally have 14 days from joining to cancel. For digital content such as indicator access, that right ends once access begins, but only if you asked for access to start straight away and acknowledged at checkout that you would lose the right to cancel. If you didn't, tell us within 14 days of joining and we'll cancel and refund you as UK consumer law requires.

You don't have to use this form: a message in #support or an email saying you want to cancel is enough. If you'd like to use it, copy it into a message.
