Who we are

The Distilled ("we", "us") publishes trading education, research and TradingView indicators at distilledtrades.com, on TradingView, on Discord and on X (@DistilledTrades). By using the site, the guides, the indicators or a membership, you agree to these terms.

Education, not advice

Everything we publish is general education about how price moves and how to test ideas. It is not financial advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and not a signal service. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Your trading decisions, and their results, are yours. Trading futures, CFDs, forex and crypto carries a high risk of loss: most retail traders lose money, and with futures you can lose more than you deposit.

No promise of results

Charts, studies and examples show what happened in the past, on real data. They do not predict what will happen next. Where we show examples that worked, we say how often setups like them work overall. No indicator, guide or membership will make you profitable.

Membership and billing

Paid levels (Core and Pro) are sold through Whop at the price shown at checkout. You choose monthly or yearly billing: a monthly plan renews automatically each month and a yearly plan each year, until you cancel. Before a yearly plan renews, we send you a reminder. Whop handles payment, renewals and cancellation, and its terms also apply to the purchase. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

If you're a UK consumer, you normally have 14 days from joining to cancel. For digital content such as indicator access, that right ends once access begins, but only if you asked for access to start straight away and acknowledged at checkout that you would lose the right to cancel. If you didn't, contact us within 14 days of joining to cancel. See Refunds and cancellation. If something is wrong with your access, contact us and we'll put it right.

Indicator licence

Invite-only indicators are licensed to you personally, for your own charts, for as long as your membership is active. Don't share your access, resell it, or copy, decompile or republish our scripts. Free and open-source indicators are covered by their TradingView listing and, for open-source scripts, the licence stated in the code. TradingView's own terms also apply. We may update, rename or retire any indicator.

Guides and content

Our guides, charts, videos and text belong to us. You're welcome to share a free guide unchanged, with credit to The Distilled. Don't sell it, strip the branding or present it as your own.

Discord community

Be respectful, don't spam or advertise, don't post signals for money, and don't share members-only material outside the members' channels. We can remove anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund for the current period if the breach is serious.

Liability

We provide the site, guides and indicators as they are. We aren't liable for trading losses, lost profits, or for data, platform or indicator errors, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under UK law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
